The New Jersey Civil Service Commission (NJCSC) has posted the formal Announcement and opened the online application portal for the 2023 NJ LEE. This is a significant change in the previous 3-year testing cycle, as the NJCSC has implemented annual NJ LEE testing. Only those departments/jurisdictions that "opted in" for this NJ LEE cycle are included. Any department/jurisdiction that did not opt in will simply extend the existing list from the 2022 NJ LEE cycle. Any candidate who tested in 2022 for a department/jurisdiction that has an announcement as part of this year's NJ LEE cycle will need to test again this year to be a part of that department's list once the 2023 results come out.
