CCS Test Prep® is facilitating its very effective “online” exam preparation program leading right up to the actual exam administration.
The program includes a binder of instructional and practice exercises being shipped out via UPS upon registration, so students can practice pencil-to-paper exercises in addition to the online program. Course components will be phased in and 24/7 access will continue up to the day of the test. Students will be able to study at their convenience around busy and varying work schedules, etc.
The CCS Test Prep® Online Program
The program begins with online access to the Part 1 Cognitive (Written Abilities) Course in addition to a course binder being shipped out via UPS. Much of what is in the course binder is also in Part 1 of the online program, but the binder gives students the ability to complete pencil-to-paper practice exercises separate from the online program. The online program includes informational videos, webpage content, some printable PDFs (some digital copies from binder content), and most importantly, online quizzes with immediate scoring and answer guides.
The Part 2 Trait Assessment Course will be added to the online program on Saturday, June 3, 2023.
The Part 3 Bio-Data Assessment Course will be added to the online program on Saturday, June 10, 2023.
Once opened, each part will be accessible to the student up until the day of the exam scheduled to be administered Saturday, June 17, 2023.
The CCS Test Prep® Online Exam Prep Program has proven to be the most effective way to prepare for the very competitive exam. Students will have 24/7 access to the learning platform to study at their convenience with the opportunity to work to 100% proficiency in each tested area. The effectiveness of the online approach exceeds that of the original in-person 2-day seminar.

The CCS Test Prep® Online Program
The CCS Test Prep® Online Training Platform will be made available 24/7 to registered students within 12 hours of the submission of the course registration.
In addition to the online program, the student will be shipped a course binder via UPS, so separate from the online training, the student can complete pencil-to-paper practice exercises as well.
The online program begins with the Part 1 – Written Abilities (Cognitive) Course. The Part 2 – Trait Assessment Course will be added to the online program on Saturday, June 3, 2023 with students having 24/7 access. Once opened, each part will be available 24/7 through to the time of the test on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
The Part 3 – Bio-data Course will be added to the online program on Saturday, June 10, 2023, with students having 24/7 access. In 2019, the CCS Test Prep® Program consisted of a two-day, in-person seminar that focused on each aspect of the competitive exam. Chief David A. Paprota, Ed.D. (Ret.) also provided students with access to the CCS Test Prep® Online Learning Platform during the days leading immediately up to the actual exam on June 15, 2019. Students were able to easily reinforce their knowledge of prior studies by taking instantly scored short practice quizzes (over and over). It was evident that students benefitted tremendously from the online program, as they had the opportunity to work to 100% proficiency in each tested area. As such, the 2023 CCS Test Prep® full course will now be offered as an online program with students having 24/7 access to study at their convenience to work to 100% proficiency before test day!
This program and approach is very effective, as serious students can truly refine their skills and excel on the test. Passing is not good enough; it is critical to score extremely high in this very competitive process.
