Written Exam Preparation Wall Township (NJ – Monmouth County)

The officials of the Wall Township Police Department in Monmouth County (NJ) announced an open application period from August 31, 2020 through Monday, September 28, 2020 by 9 a.m. with the application available through the Wall Township PD website.
Those candidates who apply by the closing date will be required to pass a physical fitness assessment which is scheduled to be administered on Saturday, October 3, 2020 prior to being eligible to sit for the written exam. Applicants who pass the physical fitness assessment will be invited by the police department officials to sit for the written examination which will be scheduled in October and may be only days after the PT assessment.
Serious candidates prepare for the very competitive examination using the CCS Test Prep® training program. Those who choose to prepare will need to begin their written prep before completing the PT assessment due to the potential close timing of the administration of the exam to the PT assessment.

The Township of Wall contracts with the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP) for the administration of the exam. The exam is actually produced and scored by a private vendor (I/O Solution – IOS). The exam is the NCJOSI which has proven to be a very competitive and challenging exam for police candidates.
