The Egg Harbor Township Police Department in Atlantic County (NJ) last conducted a formal application and testing process for entry-level police hiring in Sept/Oct 2022. The application process was facilitated via PoliceApp.com.

The Township of Egg Harbor contracts with the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP) for the administration of the exam. The exam is actually produced and scored by a private vendor (I/O Solution – IOS). The exam is the NCJOSI which has proven to be a very competitive and challenging exam for police candidates.
