The NJSP currently have an online application period open for their 2024 testing and selection process for entry-level trooper candidates. Candidates interested in applying to the NJSP must go to https://nj.gov/njsp/recruiting/how-to-apply.shtml and apply by Friday, May 3, 2024.
Those candidates interested in preparing for the written testing can now complete the registration for the CCS Test Prep® Online Program. Students train via the CCS Test Prep® Online Learning Platform with 24/7 access to study at their convenience beginning Monday, May 20, 2024 and continue with 24/7 access up to the student’s actual test date in June of 2024.

The New Jersey State Police (NJSP) opened their application period on Monday, May 18, 2024 for another open-competitive testing cycle. The online application period is scheduled to close on Friday, May 3, 2024. Candidates who apply are required to complete the physical assessment on their assigned date in May. For those who pass the PQT, written testing will be scheduled (June test dates are expected).
